If your using a bag for your hops how long do you let your flame out addition sit in the kettle

If I am doing a very hop forward beer I will let it steep for 20-30 mins. If it isn't a really hoppy beer I will start to cool it down right after I cut the heat and leave them in until I get the wort into the ferm vessel.

So you will steep 20 or 30 and then leave it in with your chiller for a hoppy beer and if not then throw them in and start chilling ?

that's how I do it and am pretty pleased with the results. To each their own though.
