Flame out a.k.a.???

This morning I was making my usual two eggs with sausage for my breakfast burrito. When I turned off the burner I laughed and thought to myself, Another flameout, time to add the final hops. Then I realized I'm about to become an electric brewer and I didn't know what we electric brewers call flameout. Technically there is no "flame", so what do we call it?
