Hello. Happy new year. Im planing to brew 2 new beers, one Imperial IPA dry hopped and using in it dried apricots and one Imperial Stout using oak chips soaked in bourbon + vanilla and other condiments. I had the recipes before and i wanted to use wheat for head and body, for the IIPA i want to change it with Flaked Barley and in the IS i want to change it with Flaked Oats, you think it will produce better results ? using 150 grams of each (for 9.5 liters)

My recipes have 65-67% dried malt extract, the rest being different malts & candi sugar.
