Just made a copper immersion chiller and made a prettty good kink in it to the point where there may be a small leak. If not now, after some use there's a good chance there will be. Any fix for this? Thinking of heat resistant tape or a patch job of some kind before it gets too bad.
 
"may be" and "is" leaking is two different things. I'd remove the kinked spot anyhow to allow adequate water flow and put in a coupling. Run water through at normal pressure and verify no links afterward. Good luck. :mug:

Agreed. Cut the kink out and solder in back together with a coupler.
