Bottled a batch of Belgian saison on 9/4, and one blew yesterday. I'm worried about the rest. Any fix for beer already in bottles? Pop the caps and recap? We added 3.5oz of priming sugar to the bottom of the bottling bucket, but diddnt stir. The bottle that blew cam from the tail end of the session. The batch was brewed end of April and sat in secondary from mid may to 9/4.

Did you check your FG? Unfortunately, a stuck fermentation can happen at any time - sometimes jostling it during bottling will reawaken the yeast.

So, your options are to chill everything now - or open each bottle, check your gravity on a few bottles - if it looks as expected then recap. Check again in 3 weeks.
