okay, what about a FWH addition that doesn't have a 60 min addition in the recipe?

Specifically, I'm speaking of a moose drool clone - there's a FWH addition, but no 60 min.

no idea where to stand on this. not enough experience...

doing my first ag later today, ed's haus ale... pretty easy hop schedule on that one. one could always move say 30-40% of their 60 min forward, and leave the remaining 60 min hops as they were, no?

maybe i should just leave well enough alone, and stick to his recipe :)

All we're saying is that you should calculate FWH IBUs as if they were 20 min additions. You can add hops however/whenever you want as long as you get the IBUs you want and the flavor and aroma you want.
