I'm calling this Spring for the Moment

It's a partial mash. My first go at one. Let me know what you all think, and I'll keep you up to date on my side.*

5 gallon batch.*
2.5 gallons of spring water
2.5 gallons of destinies water

I choose these cause I like a blank slate to brew with.*

4.5 lbs of pilsner light liquid extract
1 lbs of crystal malt 10L
1 lbs of pale malt 2 row 8L
1 lbs of German 2 row 5 L
.5 labs Belgian pilsner 2 row 1 L

1 hour steep*

Hops

1oz Amarillo 30 mins
1oz cascade 60 mins
.5oz cascade 90 mins

Yeast

Wyeast kolsch with starter.

I'm doing the primary at 50 F.*
Then the secondary at 40 or 36 F.*

My goal is a lighter ale with a bit of hop. I'm partial to strong IPAs. The OG was at 1.048
