This is a great forum - so much knowledge available. Been lurking for a while getting ready for my first Brew Day this weekend.

I'm starting with an extract for my first to learn the ropes. Hope to graduate up to BIAB for my new go round.

not a bad way to go make a couple of extract brews and then a couple partial mash brews

it is a good way to learn the ropes

wort handling, cooling etc.
