first time using Simcoe, where to use it in your opinions?

Doing a simple APA recipe
85% Marris Otter
8 % Crystal 40
7 % carapils
Shooting for 1.048-1.055 ish. Simple, tasty, sessionable.

Going to FWH with Magnum.

I've got some Centennial, Amarillo & Cascades but only one ounce of Simcoe. This is my fist time using it, and with the price, I'm interested where to use it optimally use it. I've had in in commercial examples, just trying to see if its worth the price adding it to my stash.

Dry Hop it IMHO

I' probably use half at 15 or 10 and dry hop with the other half.
