New York First time Organizing a homebrew competition

I am organizing a small homebrew competition in Manhattan in September. We have been sanctioned by the aha/bjcp. I have never organized a competition before. Can anybody offer any help/advice on what to expect and what dierction i should take. I would love an open back and forth with someone with experience.
