I made a starter for a dubbel I will be brewing no later than Sunday night (I hope). It is a 1.5L starter and my estimated OG is 1.070, using WLP540 Abbey IV Platinum Series. I was supposed to brew this Last nightand pitch the whole thing, but life happened. I made this starter Thurday morning around 7am, I stuck it in the fridge this morning around 8am becasue SWMBO is having company and I have to be sociable apparently.
Being as this is the first time I have had to refrigerate a starter, what do I do now?
Allow to warm to room temp, decant and pitch?
Or, pitch the whole thing w/o decanting?
I was gonna decant and pitch, but I though I would ask first to be certain.
