So ive been brewing for just over 2 years, i love sours but never tried to make one. I have a bottle of rrbc benifaction from 2013 do you guys think its still viable for dregs? Might try cloning suplication but was thinking of going more twords a soured belgain blond with no fruit.
 
Beatification you mean? If so, you can definitely get some brett and bacteria out of it.

I would definitely make a starter though.
 
I was planing to. Do you think id need comertail colture to go with it or will the dregs beefed up from the starter be enough? Any thoughts of what sac yeast to use with it?
