I am experimenting and creating some of my own recipes. I am looking for a balanced beer around 1.070 SG and 35 IBU. This is what Beerrecipator gave me.....sound good to all of you.
Only 2 more weeks till I get Beersmith
Grain:
1 lb Am. Crystal (10 L)
.5 lb Roasted Barley
Extract:
6 lb LME
3 lb DME
Hops:
Amarillo (8%) - 3 oz at 60 min
Mt. Hood (4.5) 1 oz at 20, 1 oz at 10
Color 26 SRM, 63 HCU
OG: 1.075
IBU: 33
