So here is my first Recipe that I have come up with. Brew about 3 times a month and would like to try my own at least once a month until I get the hang of formulating them all the time so thoughts?


Briess 6-Row Malt 10 lbs
Briess Victory 1 lb
Briess 2 Row Caramel 80 1 lb

Mash @ 154 for 90 mins, Batch with 170.

Boil 90 Minutes

1 oz Australian Pride @ 60 mins
1 oz Australian Pride @ 30 mins
1 oz Australian Pride @ 5 mins

Notty Yeast
 
looks pretty good I'm not too familiar with Australian pride, what's the flavor profile like?

I have never had it myself but according to brewmasterswarehouse it says Intensely woody, earthy and herbal.
