My first beer turned out awesome!! Although, I think I went waaaaay overboard on the gravity, but sometimes that all works out... Right? hahaha. Please give feedback, but regardless, I love the crisp, tangy flavor. As well as the downright knockout buzz it hands you in the first few sips....

5# American White Wheat
7# 2 Row Malt
1# rice hulls
1# mountain honey
3 blood oranges
1 oz crushed corriander.
1oz German Hallertau hop

Mash temp: 152f at 90 min, 4 gal strike water.
Sparge at 165f, sparged all the way to a total of 7 1/2 gal of wort.

Boil down to 6.5 gal, add 3/4 oz hallertau, 1/8 slices of blood orange, 1 oz corriander. Add 1/4 oz hallertau 15 min before flameout. Primary for 6 weeks, bottle.

OG 1.088
FG 1.02

FYI, I had it in bottles for maybe two weeks, turned out tasty. The first time I've actually had a knockout beer.
