Hey. Been reading the forums for a while now and brewing for about a year. I am taking my hand at making my first AG recipe. Don't have any home brew;n friends around to collaborate with or bounce recipes against. So seeing if ya folk don't mind sending any comments/suggestions/feedback to it. Looks really good! I don't really have anything i can think of that id change to be honest. It looks like a nice APA
 
No experience with Apollo, but they sound like they would pair well with the Citra. I say go for it!
