First Post - What is this thing growing in my beer?

Hi everyone. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but i did a 5 gallon all grain Green Flash West Coast Ipa clone and just noticed this thing growing in my carboy.

Can anyone help me identify it? Is it a grain?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like a hop flower that made it from the boil kettle into your fermentation vessel.
