My ESB is in the fermenter, finally. The partial mash sure does add some time, but the wort is so dang sweet!!! Maris Otter and Biscuit in the partial mash. All in all it was fun, and I got to drain a growler of IPA. That 6:30 wake up is looking scary. Good night all.
 
Great to hear that you enjoyed it! Moving to PMs is a great way to add a lot of complexity to your recipes without really a lot of trouble.
