First ipa bulldogbrew kit

Hi guys just started my first ipa buldogbrew rajas ipa kit its been in nearly 2 weeks now but seem to have got like streaky scum marks on the inside of the fermenter dosnt seem to b clearing or if it is then its so slow not to b able to notice is this normal as its my first ipa kit i have some pics if anyone would like to take a look n advise me as to wat it is cheers
