I opened up my wheat beer fv after 2 weeks to find this.

If i were to siphon under it and bottle what I can would this be ok?

I took a small sample under it and it tasted good no real off flavors.

Just dont want to get anyone sick.

I should mention this a Coopers extract kit using WB-06 yeast. Its been fermenting at 18-19C for 2 weeks today.

I don't think you can get anyone sick with infected beer just funky tastes. At least I've never heard of anyone getting sick from beer besides hungover.

I did take a sample and it tasted good so i cant see it being a bad thing

Looks like yeast rafts to me. I think you're fine. If you really wanted to try to clean it up, cold crash it for a few days. It'll drop what it can out of suspension. Just take a little trub/yeast when siphoning to your bottling bucket.

Ya I just bottled it as I do think it was just yeast rafts. It tasted really good so i am excited to taste the finished product. Thanks for all the replies
