First Home Brew

Cracked my very first homebrew today. It was brewed 2 weeks ago, bottled one week ago. Turned out pretty well for the first try, it was a "blonde pale ale" from homebrewers outpost that came in a kit my wife bought me for Valentines day.

Brewed my second batch today, an American IPA from Williams Brewing.

It was pretty good, had a little bit of a bittery aftertaste but I assume that will mellow after a few more weeks in the bottle.

I've got a different IPA kit from Williams that I might do next weekend if I buy or borrow another fermenting bucket. I've been on a serious IPA kick lately so hopefully these 2 kits will be good.
