I have been getting into goses' lately. Now I'm at the point where I want to try brewing one. This would be my first attempt doing this, any advice for the newbie.

Are you all grain? How many gallons? What I plan to do with my next gose is sour it with acid malt and add salt to taste at kegging. The first time I used about a lb of acid malt for a 5 gal batch and I think I would up it a little. Dont forget not to put all of acid malt into the MT at the start. You can put it in between 45 and 60 since most of the conversion takes place in the first 20 mins. Good luck. :mug:

How are you “souring?” Granted it’s not nearly a full sour, but could use lacto, kettle sour, etc?
