Received my 10.5 foundry and brewed first beer couple nights ago. My take on Cream of 4 crops cream ale.
No rice hulls added, used the new to me mill with whatever previous owner had gap. Worked well, I think clearest wort I have ever made. Recirculation is a wonderful thing.
91% conversion, 75% Brew house.:D
 
120v Figured I will brew a few batches and then have 240v added to the garage.
That last 10 degrees to hit boil took awhile and I wished boil was more vigorous. But setting strike water temp to 158 and going for evening drive was so nice. Especially since it was 85 and humid outside
