My first brew was an extract boulevard wheat. 3.5 weeks in the fermenter, and bottled for a week i went ahead and tryed one and it tasted great! I cant wait to try it in 2 more weeks! Cant really imagine it getting any better but i know it will. This is a hobby i love already.
