SWMBO and the boys are out of town (spring break), so I took afternoon off to brew (no sense them having all the fun).

I did a 8 gallon batch of blonde ale, my first bigger than 5 gallon batch. I had my best efficiency ever, I broke 75% finally. Everything went perfectly, now I'm worried, it went TOO well.

Grilled a steak and now having a few pints.

It's a good day, Tater.

Sounds like a good day!!!
SWMBO and kids were out of town this weekend as well, I did a mini brewfest in my garage this weekend. I brewed 3 batchs :cross: Including a German Hefeweizen, Dry Irish Stout, and a Irish Red. Gotta love "man days". :rockin:

Had a good one weekend before last, two. She was with her sisters, I had the boys. Brewed a Weissenbock and a Cream Ale, kegged a Hefe and Amber Ale. All four fermenters are full now.

:mug:
