I am planning on force carbing my first beer. I have purchased 2 corny kegs. I was wondering if I could rack into the corny and hit it with just enough pressure to seal the lid and let it age for a couple of weeks at room temp. while not hooked up to gas. I plan on force carbonating in the kegerator but I have beer in there right now and don't have the room.
