I have been sniffing at my first batch on the burner SO MUCH I'm worried about reducing the volume of wort in the kettle...:ban:

Only kidding, of course, but I must say, if the aroma is any indicator of how good this ale is going to be, I will be wearing ale behind my ears as a cologne.

I feel like I've just seen the "light".:mug:

Let's see here.....if I brew a batch every day..........:cross:

Hmm, while your first batch is going you already signed up for HBT, looks like you are already waist deep. Welcome aboard and do brew that next batch soon...its easy to not brew soon enough and end up with no homebrew for a few weeks or a month.

My girls liked the smell (said it smelled like Cheeseitz) right up until I added the hops... then they wanted me out of the house.
