Hi all,
I've never lagered before so I'm looking for any advice/techniques including recipes I don't have a all grain set up. Just extracts for now. Thanks for your replies. Cheers

You don't have to brew All Grain to do a lager, you could do a Partial Mash or even extract plus steeping grains batch. It is about being able to ferment in the low fifties, and then to age the beer near freezing.

Fermenting in the low fifties can be done with a keg bucket full of water, cooled by frozen 2l bottles. Ageing close to freezing can be done in bottles in a fridge, or with LOTS of frozen water bottles in aforementioned bucket.

I do have a freezer that I have converted to a fermentation chamber. For got to mention that.
