Plans changed for the weekend so I decided to take a crack at making a one gallon batch. I'd rather do a small all grain batch and get it right rather than do a big batch and make a mistake. Plus I don't have a big enough brew pot or fermentor at this time and I don't have room for them (yet). Anyways, here's my grain bill:

1 pound Weyermann polymer malt
1 pound Weyermann wheat malt
Wyeast weihenstephan yeast
Germany Tradition hops (figuring about .2 ounces at 60 minutes)
1/2 pound rice hulls

Any recommendations on mash/water temps or additional advice?

I would suggest go to NorthernBrewer.com and watch their Brew in a Bag episode. Also on YouTube. BIAB is easy to do on your stovetop. Mash temps will be the same as any other allgrain batch since the main idea is to get those enzymes at max working potential. My last Hefe batch was mashed at 152F for 60min.
