Trying to fomulate my first alt recipe and trying to get close to Kaiser's Recipe found here:

Since I'm at work I only had access to Tatstybrew.com to formulate recipe. Curious if this looks right, am I missing anything or need to take seomthing away?

OG: 1.053
FG: 1.013
IBU 29
ABV: 5.2%
SRM: 14

Boil Volume: 7gal
Batch Size: 5 gal

8.5 lbs German Munich 87.6%
1.0 lbs Munich Light 10.3%
0.20 German Carafa 2.1%

1.5 oz German Spalter for 60 min

Yeast: WLP029 (Just a guess on this)
