Well finally I have moved into all grain. I made my first batch yesterday. It was a Cream Ale. All went well and my starting gravity was 1.042 I think it is about were it should be. This is a 5 gallon batch.

7 Ibs. Rahr 2 Row Pale
.75 Ibs gambrinus Honey Malt
.25 Lbs Belgian Biscuit Malt

Wyeast 1056 American Ale

Hi all.

I had to put on a blowoff for this beer. Do you all
Know why for a very small beer I would get so much kroisin. Sorry for my spelling.

It is a 6 gallon carboy and the temp mite be a little high as it is 70 degrees.
