So I am about to do my first all grain, and I am a little nervous. What should I have lined up to make sure this is successful?

Printed instruction sheet. Lay out all hardware and ingredents on the counter, measure hops, just get everything ready before you begin the mash. Once you start KEEP NOTES as to temps in the mash, water amounts lost to grain, and boil for next brew improvements. Read instructions twice....Good luck it's not so hard.

Pay attention to the guidelines of grist ratio. Too much or too little water in the mash can greatly affect both Original Gravity, and Final Gravity. Don't get in a hurry.
Q: What are you using for a mash tun and lauter tun? These are two very important steps, in brewing.
