First all grain

I just tasted my first bottle, of my first batch of all gain.... OMG:rockin: This is unbelievable. I do believe that all grain makes a difference.

Congrats. The good thing about all grain is you know exactly what type of barley/wheat etc you are using and YOU control the mash temperatures. Many times the extracts dont tell you how they were made.
