Hi All -

Just wanted to let you know that I did my first AG yesterday. It took me 5 1/2 hours from start through clean up. I hate to jinx myself, but everything went perfect. I hit all my tempatures, and had the correct preboil volume, and got 77% efficiency. Considering it was a big batch ( 8 gallons with 10.26 gal pre-boil), I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all of you for inspiring me to make the leap to AG. Here's my first AG - I call it RIPA (Ron's Rye IPA)
