Well guys, thanks to all of your help and knowledge I made the dive this past Sunday to the all grain world, I must say, the air smells great over here! Everything went as smooth as butter, I hit my mash temps perfectly. Only hang up I had was I heated my sparge water to hot, so had to stir it down to correct temps. Next time I might leave it at around 180 degrees to see if I can get my effeciency up a little more. I brewed a Honey Brown Ale, hoping that the honey will make up for any flaws in my effeciency. According to beersmith, I hit 68% my first time out! I love it when a plan comes together. Anyways, thanks again to all you who lend a few kind words! :rockin:
