So im making a winter warmer for my first AG. My recipre called for 9.5lbs of english 2 row plus 3 lbs specialty grains. I got 12 to make up for efficiency loss for my first AG brew. Well all went perfect and I think i got about a 75-80% efficiency. I ended up with a 1.081 for OG on a 5 gal batch, full boil with a 10gal mash tun cooler.

Im happy, I have to do the actual math but I think I did pretty well. I like big beers so I wont mind the extra gravity points lol.

Oh ya I made a system to fly sparge my mash tun, im sure that helped.
