Been toying around with the idea of doing a sort of pseudo solera type project, where I personally dont want wood or bugs in the beer. Looking for a 10g or so vessel and so far the 3 things I've found that might be reasonable for me:
10g Stainless Milk Can
10g Corny Keg
10.8g Firkins

I really like the firkin idea because its going to sit inside my house and I think of the 3 I've thought of it would look pretty cool.

That being said, is there any way to either permanently seal or add a permanent spigot to the Keystone hole preferably without welding?
Keystones are hammered in wood or plastic and I dont like the prospects of long term aging with something that is just hammered in.

Looking for any suggestions. Thanks.
(hope this is in the right section)
