All mine seem too high. I've made a dozen batches now and every time, my FG is around 1.016. Or, is that too high???? I know it would depend on style but I have an oktoberfest that is right there, I have a bock that is the same and I have an irish red that is the same too. Everything finishes pretty close to that.

Need to know your OG, and the yeast used. are these extract brews? Partial Mash? All Grain???

some beers finish at over 1.020. others finish under 1.010.

and, have you checked your hydrometer to make sure it's accurate? sometimes their off a couple points, or are calibrated at a different temperature (usually its 60-65F)
