Picked up a Danby kegerator that will hold a full keg. I plan to run the lines through a wall with the fridge in the closet behind said wall. What else do I need to buy besides some cornies?

I'd research the possibility of the lines being too warm and the beer foaming too much because of it. So, you might want to Google it - I remember reading a website that showed how to cool the lines from the fridge to the taps.

do you know how much it cost you to make?

It depends on what parts have already. The most expensive parts for me was the power supply because I did not have one ($15.00). The Bilge water hose was $12 because HD did not have it in stock and I had to go to a local HW Store. I think I paid $35. Use a 3" hole saw to drill into the project box
