Lurked here for a while as I got myself situated. I've got 5 batches sitting in bottles. Drank a bottle of my first one, it was strawberry/blueberry and the sulfur was there haha. It wasn't terrible though. Drinking a bottle of my most recent one, its just honey and I think I prefer the simple meads. Granted it's my 5th attempt.
