I just finished clearing my first batch of mead and my TA is at 3 and it seems a little flabby. Any recommendations of what the final TA should be?

Depends on what you mean by "flabby"........

The TA and pH don't always correlate. How it tastes may have a number of causes and even ways of remedying any issue with the batch.....
