first brew, doing a williams honey cream ale, fermenting for 15 days. kit says final gravity should be 1.023 +/-.....i got 1.026 at 60 degrees-----can i bottle this or should i wait a week

that seems high for a FG on a cream ale. but, youre close to what it said it will be so maybe give it 3 days and if it doesn't go lower, then bottle.

awesome---thanks. read somewhere +/- .003 is ok, but couldn't find anything to back it up, and didnt want to stress over bottles popping...once again, thanks much
