Well I wouldn't eat them all at once!

Just fifteen a day............

Anti-Rare Day:
We all get together, with each person bringing $60 worth of something different.

60 McChickens
66 oz of Dark Lord
288 oz of Old Rasputin
400 Burger King chicken nuggets
Etc....
Needs more Taco Bell. Also, I do something like this most years instead of going to Darkness.

Do you think that people might be interested in a series of bus tours of local breweries and brewpubs? Say for example, a "flight of breweries" tour of the Diversey District? Or a Fox Valley tour?

These could include lunch and/or dinner stops, and shopping at decent beer stores.

Also, weekend or week-long trips either in the area or out of town, including hotels could be organized.

The difference between bus trips offered by others and the ones I am proposing, would be that a company with many years experience offering tours all over the country and world, would be handling all the details. Not ad-hoc operations.

Ya'll motherfuckers need Pilsner.

Is it barrel-aged and comes in a wood box? Maybe it includes a certificate so you can remember that you purchased it? Get it all framed up next to the old high school diploma to hang in the work cubicle? That way when Debra comes back by your desk complaining about her computer not working, but you know she is just trying to avoid doing work, you can look at the certificate and remember how glorious the beer was to consume...

Was digging through my beer fridge and stumbled on a bottle of Black Hole Necromancer that I forgot about. Anyone know if iced coffee manages to stay good for a while (it's been in the fridge since I got the shipment from Dark Matter, really did mean to drink it sooner but it got buried behind other stuff) or am I looking at a nasty drainpour?

I had my last one at DLD this year. Tasted fine. Held up better after a year than most "ageable" stouts.

Just to clarify, this is the "new" batch of it that came out after this year's DLD. Got it along with the coffee stein and the snifters that Dark Matter sold, so sometime in early May I guess.

its packaged with nitrogen, I think they hold up pretty good. I had one a few months old and I didn't taste much difference and I'm what my wife refers to as "a coffee bitch."

As long as you didn't leave it out. I have hd some god awful bottled Dark Matter left at room temp.
This is what happened with mine. I brought it home from Osmium Bar the week after DLD and put it down on the dining table...my wife stuck it in the pantry and we both forgot about it for a little over a month. It was awful. All of the flavors had vanished except for sour.

Apparently they were telling retailers their cold brew coffee didn't need to go in the fridge. I won't buy it off the shelf. Must come from a fridge.

That bottle of Chocolate City I purchased at the meat store over Meadapalooza weekend was off a shelf and tasted nice when I opened it last week (went in my fridge after getting home of course).
