Just saw it at the LHBS last night.

On their website, they say it closely resembles a Weisenstephan Bavarian Wheat yeast.

What do you think that it will mostly resemble. I was hoping to make a Wit this weekend. Should I try it out? Temps?

Well, I have a 3g Weisenstephan 3058 that I need to wash and I also picked up 3056 and 3333.

I may try the WB06 in an apfelwein.

Yeah, I think I'd definitely go for the liquid... the WB-06 might be interesting in Apfelwein. Give it a little complexity and sweeter finish.

Ooooh Easter Brewday, awesome. I don't think the SWMBO would let me get away with that one... Now drinking HB on Easter, that's another story. I plan to be drowning away in my Belgian Blonde... :)

The excuse is that all the cousins join in the fun.

Damn, I really need to force carb some stuff.
