Looking into upgrading to a new Stainless fermenter.I have been looking at stout tanks and they have a 7 gallon fermenter with a cooling coil. My main question is for those that have a cooling coil setup; is it a pain in the butt to clean and sanitize and would I be able to cool just as well with one of these cooling jackets from gotta-brew.com? Does anyone have a review of the cooling jacket?
