Just picked up an igloo 7.2cu ft fridge to ferment in. I want to clean and sanitize it obviously. Should I make up a pbw solution in a spray bottle and then scrub and then spray it down with starsan? Or would I use like a bleach solution of some sorts?

Is it gross? I'd use a 50/50 bleach solution and a scrubby sponge.

Just clean it well if it's dirty and you feel the need. No need to sanitize. mine is relatively clean, the odd hop leaf in the bottom. Certainly not sanitized. Beer does not touch the insides.

It's not gross or anything I just want to make sure on the occasion I open fermenters to check gravity or add hops there is no airborne nasties to get in my beer
