i made a ipa on sunday and went back to check it last night and there was no action in the air lock . so i checked the temp. and it was 47f. way to cold for a ale.so i moved it to a warmer room and rocked it a bit . after two hrs it is now at 55f . the rm is at 65f . you guys think im okey ,is there more i should do?

You'll want that just a bit warmer for faster fermentation. If it hit's the ambient temp of the room, 65º, you should be in very good shape.

thanks i'll check it to nite .all so is it good to boil 1cup water and 1 cup prime suger to help restart?

There's no need to add more sugar to the wort, there's already plenty of sugars. All that will do is waste priming sugar.
