First post here, been lurking for several months though. I'm about to dive into my second all grain batch, and I'm doing an imperial stout. Since this is my first foray into the stout style, I was hoping for some feedback on the grain bill/recipe I had put together. Thanks in advance.

It looks good to me. Tell us how it turns out. If I changed anything I would probably lose the Victory Malt. I don't thing it is going to do much considering the bitterness and roast flavor of an RIS. I think the "biscuit" contribution from Victory will just disappear into the background.

I wanted the Victory b/c of the nutty character it can lend. I plan on incorporating pecans and some whiskey soaked vanilla beans as well, hence the name 'Whiskey Cake Stout'. I'm planning on brewing this weekend, so I will keep apprised. Thanks.
