I have a lot of dried beans that are past their prime, as well as some old Cream of Wheat. Maybe I'm sitting on a new grain bill and I don't know it.

Well finally got my neighbor to try my beer, one preferred it to my kolch that I did off of a recipe and his brother who came with him liked the kolch. So go figure

The only difference is in the degree of cleaning of weed seeds and debris. It doesn't come from a special farm.

Most of it was unmalted, that is mostly my curiosity. Malted vs unmalted using enzymes. The unmalted barley doesn't really work well in my crusher otherwise I would like to do another one. But I'll probably just feed it to my chicken's

I bought a corona mill so I could make any level of grind, down to flour.

I also have a burred coffee grinder that I can set up for continuous grinding (until it burns out), and a proper stone on stone flour mill that I can adjust for a course grind.

small batches, but I don't need to grind 100# at a time anyways.
