Most of it was unmalted, that is mostly my curiosity. Malted vs unmalted using enzymes. The unmalted barley doesn't really work well in my crusher otherwise I would like to do another one. But I'll probably just feed it to my chicken'sThe only difference is in the degree of cleaning of weed seeds and debris. It doesn't come from a special farm.
