Personally I like lighter crystals in my ipa's. Like crystal 10-30. Not going to notice much from .5 lbs of munich. You can ramp that up a little and take away from your 2 row. I also like using vienna. As far as hops go, it all depends on what you like. Everything looks good but I would use Citra for the late additions but thats just me. I love citra.

I'd lose the carapils (too much crystal in that recipe), and move the 45 minute amarillo addition. If you need it for bitterness, then you could up the IBUs at 60 minutes but to me adding it at 45 minutes is a bit of a waste. You won't get much flavor, if any, from it.

I like my IPAs to be hoppy so I do a schedule like this:

60 minutes for bittering

15 minutes for flavor
10 minutes for flavor/aroma
5 minutes for flavor/more aroma
0 minutes (flame out)

Dryhop with an ounce or two.

I love a combo of simcoe and amarillo, and I love cascades with everything! I'd probably mix it up a bit and use some amarillo for flavor and some cascades for flavor. Maybe 1/2 and 1/2.
